The Brashear softball team hosted Highland Wednesday in a non-conference game. Highland got on the scoreboard with a run in the top of the first to take the early 1-0 lead. Brashear struggled at the plate until Hannah Grissom broke up the Highland no-hitter with an infield single in the bottom of the 4th. The Tigers had managed to hold Highland to 5 runs through 4 innings, but Highland exploded for 10 runs in the 5th to take a 15-0 win. Hannah Grissom had Brashear's only hit. Averi Acton got the start for Brashear with Hannah Reeves pitching in relief.
